Anna Graham Market Tote – 
Saturday, March 5th, 2:00pm-4:00pm AND Thursday, March 10th, 10:00am-12:00
This is a beautiful quilted market tote designed by Anna Graham, with inside zippered pocket and optional leather trim and handles. Materials: two yards of fabric, plus a couple fat quarters.
Adults, $40 + $25 materials fee (for structural interfacing, batting, trim, etc. This fee is in addition to fabric requirement). Machine required. Advanced beginner

Anna Graham Mail Organizer – Saturday, March 12th, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Start the year by getting organized! Come join us in making this beautiful wall-mounted mail organizer, designed by Anna Graham. It will look lovely and help keep your kitchen or office tidy. Materials needed: 2-3 fat quarters plus one yard of fabric.
Adults, $45 (includes all materials except fabric), Machine required, All levels

Quilt Block of the Month (BOM) – Saturday, March 19th, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Come Join Betty and LoriAnne in making a quilt – one block at a time! Each month we will complete one 12” x 12” block as we focus on a new technique, including fabric selection, theme, use of templates, paper piecing, modern forms of traditional patterns, appliqué, quilt-as-you-go, improvisation, and more! Participants will have the option to complete a nine or twelve block quilt top. No previous experience is required. Classes will be held the third Saturday of each month. New members are welcome through March.
Adults, $280 if paid in March OR $150 in March and June. Machine required. Materials needed: basic sewing tools, thread, 1-2 yards of main fabric + several fat quarters. Beginner level

Bumbletees’ February/March Quilt Class

A Square Within A Square

Fridays, February 26th & March 4th, 9:30am-12:30pm

Come join us for the mornings of Friday, February 26th and March 4th to make this beautiful quilt with Betty Nowak. The finished quilt size is 56” x 56” square. 45$ for first week. 60$ for both weeks.

The fabric requirements are:

Quilt Top:
7/8 yard of five different fabrics

Quilt Back:
3 1/2 yds of fabric, if using one fabric for the back
OR
1 3/4 yds plus extra fabric, if piecing the back

Binding:
1/2 yd of fabric

Other materials: Batting- should measure 4″ longer and wider than the finished quilt top, basic quilters’ sewing supplies, including a quilters’ ruler 18-24″ long.

If you want to make it scrappier, which would be a great look, you should figure that 1/2 yd of fabric will yield four squares (which forms one large block), and enough inner stripes to use in another large block.  So, you would need to get 1/2 yd of fabric for each color used in the quilt.

Perfectly Handy Earbud Pouch - Saturday, February 27th, 2:00pm - 4:00pm

If you like to have your earbuds handy, this class is for you!  Make an adorable zippered pouch to hold your earbuds, prevent them from becoming tangled, and keep them within reach whenever you need them!  You can clip them to your keychain, backpack, belt loop or wherever.

Bumbletees Class Schedule

Adult Beginner Basics  - Saturday, January 16th, 1:30-3:00pm

If you have a new (or a not-so-new) sewing machine that you would like to learn to use, come and join us for a class on sewing machine basics!  You will learn the fundamental features of the sewing machine and how they work, how to trouble shoot and resolve common problems, general maintenance and care, and inspiration for getting started with that project you’ve been wanting to create.

Adults, $40, machine required, Beginner level

Girls’ Beginner Basics  - Saturday, January 23rd, 1:30-3:00pm

This class is for any girl who would like to learn how to use her sewing machine.  We will cover the fundamental skills required to safely operate a sewing machine and practice these skills while creating a small project.  Caution: WE WILL HAVE FUN!

Ages 8-18, $40, machine required, Beginner level

Betty Nowak and LoriAnne Melton are teaming up to teach Bumbletees’ first ever (drum roll please…) Block-of-the-Month Quilt!  We are excited to offer this new class!  We will focus on a new technique each month while completing one 12”x12” block.  Techniques taught will include fabric selection, theme, use of templates, modern forms of traditional patterns, appliqué, “quilt-as-you-go”, improvisation, and more! Participants will have the option to complete a nine or twelve block quilt top.  No previous quilting experience is required.  Classes will be the third Saturday of each month after January.

Adults, $280 if paid in January OR $150 paid in January and June.  Machine required and supplies as needed.  Beginner level.

NEW! Bumbletees Sewing Cafe  -  Every Thursday Afternoon, 2:30-5:30pm

Have you begun a project, but got stuck before completing it?  Do you need help in sewing a garment or reading a pattern?  Welcome to The Bumbletees Cafe!  Each Thursday afternoon, you can bring your project to Bumbletees, relax, grab a cup of coffee, and let us help you solve your sewing conundrums.

We have searched the internet for the BEST peasant blouse pattern, and we have found it! This blouse is beautifully made and is a truly flattering style for anyone. This class is for the advanced beginner. Machine required. Two Part Class.

Come join us for some hot cider, cookies, and holiday crafting fun! We're making some "Trendy Trees" for Christmas with Bumbletees' beautiful fabrics. This would be a lovely mother-daughter outing for tweens and teens, or just come by yourself. No machine sewing required.
No sewing experience necessary to complete one tree.
